fill in the blank friday

1.  On a scale from 1-10 the frequency with which I get sick is,   a two, i think. i rarely get the flu or colds. but everyone knows, i tend to injure myself (back and neck issues) more often than i'd like to admit   .

2.   The last time I felt sick was    lol, yesterday, after cycle class. i was so ready to puke, but does that really count? lol   .

3.  The worst part about being sick is     having zero energy      because     life still moves around in a rapid pace, and if you slow down or stop, you'll get ran right over, then you gotta sprint to catch up  .

4. When I am sick I like to be taken care of by    my Mom, lol. when i am so sick (or in severe pain from injury) my Mom will come over and bring me soup and 7up, or stacks of dvds to watch. she's so good to me .

5. Something I do to keep myself healthy is     exercise and eat clean (for the most part) .

6. A secret remedy that I use when I'm sick is to     get lots and lots of sleep, and if it's a cold, lots of lemon tea with honey... just like my grandma used to give me when i was sick .

7.  One thing that always makes me feel better when I'm sick is   sleep, resting my body, hot tea, and warm soup  .

Is anyone else totally into Monday night's hit show SMASH. I can not seem to get enough of it! I watch and rewatch episodes on my DVR. I listen to all the songs on Pandora and You Tube. I read and watch the exclusives... I love this show!

fill in the blank friday

1.  My bedtime routine includes,   changing into pjs, washing my face and putting on my face lotion and body lotion, brush teeth, and then get into bed and read a little bit on my kindle    .

2.   I am    excited about going to cycle class today, then week 1 of going to every one of Lorrie's classes is done and I can look forward to week 2, yay me   .

3.  I can't stand    hospitals     because     they make me remember the day my Dad died .

4. My idea of relaxation would be    a full day at the spa .

5. If I had an extra $50, I would     treat myself to some sushi, but probably pay a debt instead, lol .

6. The best thing about a bloggy friend is     they listen, and don't get caught up in all the real life drama or bull$#!+ .

7.  A recipe I've been dying to try is   kale salad, any kind, but I know Shutterbean has several that look ah-mazing .

I feel... joyful. Today is Friday, I have today's cycle class to accomplish, then the glorious weekend!

I want... to go out to a really nice and yummy and healthy dinner where I don't have to clean up. lol

I need... to stop blogging and start invoicing. lol

I wish... all my debt was paid off already.

I watched... Duck Dynasty on DVR last night.

I am... excited to play Yahtzee tomorrow night with new friends!!

I love... my family.

I hate... child molesters.

I hurt... my neck... kinked it Sunday morning and it STILL wont go away. Annoying! lol

I hope... my Dad visits me in my dreams soon. I miss him.

the coolest part about blogging... meeting blog friends In Real Life!!

Tiffany and Ruthy are absolutely adorable!
Tiffany and I have been 'blog friends' for quite some time now. And she was visiting AZ from UT! Yay!! We met at the Chili's near where she was staying. Ruthy and I met for the first time, and I'm so glad I got to meet  her. We had a wonderful lunch. Chatted like girls, and it was just soo lovely meeting Tiffany in person! She is one of the blog friends that I truly adore and appreciate! 

Yay for BlogFriends who are now Real Life Friends Too!! xoxo
