*went Black Friday shopping with my sister and my good friend Jessica from 9pm Thursday to 8am Friday. WooHoo!

*had a house-full the rest of Friday and Saturday with my two kids and my two nephews and niece.

*went to Glendale Glitters Saturday night...

*rested Sunday (still quite a bit sick) and got some chores started.

*Woke up feeling So Much Better

*Gulping Down Water and Hot Tea and Vitamin C to ward off any other sickies that wanna mess with me today

*The hubs left for his Coues Deer Hunt this morn. Yes, that means me and the kiddos for nearly two weeks together

*Haven't been super productive at work

*Actually think I'm gonna take off early, even though I came in a little late

*Got loads of laundry to conquer

*Will certainly try to finish decorating the house with Christmas love

*Will also try and finish gift scrapbook

*Must start Christmas Cards

*Gonna watch a Christmas movie with the kiddos tonight, haven't decided on which one (and suggestions)

Seven Interesting Things
ONE. I lived in the same house from birth til I moved out when I was 18.
TWO. I was a cheerleader during Elementary School, on the Flag Team in Junior High, and Cheerleading two of my four years in High School.
THREE. I have never ridden on a motorcycle.
FOUR. I can't decide what I want (or want to do) for my 30th birthday next August.
FIVE. A huge pet peeve of mine... when people clean their windshields in front of me on the freeway (ugh, I get really pissed off, like 'road-rage' pissed off).
SIX. I have the same recurring dream of being at my Grandma Evas house, in the backyard, and have small conversations with my Grandma. She's been gone for almost 14 years.
SEVEN. I miss playing the piano and wish I would have practiced more as a kid. (My mother was right).

last night:

- got home from photo class at 10pm

- had a friend over til 11pm

- 11pm to 1115pm watched 'Chopped' on Food Network before I crashed out

- was awakened by the hubs in severe pain at 1215am

- arrived to ER by 1am

- found out the hubs has a kidney stone

- home from ER at 4am

- 4am to 6am went in search of a 24 hour pharmacy (NONE to be found) but did buy a starbucks for me and breakfast for kiddos

- 630am woke kids, jumped in for a very brief shower, dressed

- 7am out the door to work

- 1130am (NOW) can this day go by any slower...

i promisecakes a new happy blog tomorrow!!

so.
when i first changed the title of this blog, it came to me in a dream... sorta. i remember waking up, and having this sense that something is coming, something Big. i remember feeling the need to write this down.
when i woke up the next day and saw it... it made sense.
for a while now, a long while now (like months) i have had this 'feeling', this... i don't know 'energy' or 'intuition' or 'presence'
No... this 'Anticipation'...
this 'Daily Anticipation' for Something...
and I dont know what it is.

It's like, the night before school starts...
the week leading up to leaving for Disneyland...
waiting for the first sign of sunrise on Christmas morning...
running to the mailbox each day...

but its constant.

Exciting things in my life have been built up with this 'so-called anticipation' to have passed me by and my
thirst not quenched.

So thats the story.
Thats the answer to the all-time question here.

Not sure where that leaves us, back at the beginning, or at least a step closer, but surely (hopefully) not two steps backwards.

Happy Sunday!

So, I know SuperBowl is really the best time for
*favorite commercials but I happen to be one of those girlie girls who loves to spend my Sunday on the couch in my Larry Fitzgerald jersey watching the AZ Cardinals and all the other football games and chatting out front with the neighbors about the 'neighborly football pool'...
but i also really love some of the commercials on tv right now in between games.
Like these ones from Southwest Airlines (which is actually suuuuper funny to me because my good friend Brad works on the tarmac in Denver, CO... he gets to *fly to work everyday. ha!)
