in remembrance: pearl harbor

70 Years Ago Today...

I was fortunate enough back in 2004 to visit the Pearl Harbor Memorial off the island of Oahu, HI and what a solemn reminder of one of the worst days in our history and of the lives lost. 
Never forget.

A terrible day in history for sure. Why is it that so many of these tragedies have a way of repeating themselves?
